RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
● 1.1 Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original/sealed packaging.
● 1.2 Contact: Customers must contact support at +97154-505-7869 or sales@thewirelesscircle.ae with the Order ID, date, and a description of the issue.
● 1.3 Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
● 1.4 Validity: Returns are processed specifically if:
○ The wrong product/model/size/color was sent.
○ The product was defective (Dead on Arrival / non-functioning upon first use).
○ The product was physically damaged during shipping (Subject to Section 1.5).
○ The product was tampered with or does not match the website description.
○ The customer changed their mind (Subject to Section 3.4).
● 1.5 Shipping Damage / Dead on Arrival (DOA):
○ Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
○ If the package appears visibly damaged, customers must notify the courier immediately and inform us within 24 hours with clear photos and videos of the packaging and product.
○ Claims for shipping damage or DOA reported after delivery acceptance may be subject to verification and may not qualify for return or refund.
○ All shipping damage and DOA claims are subject to inspection and technical verification before approval for exchange or refund.
● 2.1 Free Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
● 2.2 Late Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after 24 hours or after it has been dispatched, actual shipping and handling charges will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
● 2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless found defective upon delivery and verified through inspection:
● In-ear headphones or earbuds with broken seal (for hygiene reasons)
● Accessories, promotional items, sale items, and clearance items
● Items that are incomplete, scratched, tampered with, damaged, or partially used (such as cut wires or missing components)
● 2.4 Used or Activated Devices — Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Products that have been opened, powered on, activated, registered, paired with an account, installed, or used beyond basic inspection are not eligible for Change-of-Mind returns.
For clarity, “used” includes device activation, account login, software setup, pairing, installation, or any operation beyond checking the item’s physical condition.
● 2.5 Inspection Requirement
All return requests are subject to product inspection and approval before a refund or exchange is processed.
● 3.1 Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or order number.
● 3.2 Requirements: Products must be returned unused with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and registration cards.
● 3.3 Data Responsibility: Returns may be rejected or delayed if the device is still locked to a personal account (such as Apple ID, Google, or another manufacturer brand), and The Wireless Circle General Trading LLC is not responsible for any data loss or data transfer on returned or repaired devices.
● 3.4 Restocking Fees (Change of Mind):
○ New & Sealed Packaging: 0% fee. The item must be unopened with factory seals intact.
○ Opened but Unused: 15% fee. Applies if the box is opened but the item has not been installed, activated, or registered.
● 3.5 Refund Method: Refunds are made to the original mode of payment within 7 to 15 working days.
● 3.6 Exclusions: Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds are given for payments made via gift or exchange vouchers.
● 4.1 Commencement: Warranty starts from the date of purchase on the sales invoice.
● 4.2 Warranty Types:
○ Brand Warranty (TRA UAE): Handled by the brand; contact us first for coordination.
○ Seller Warranty (International/Global): Handled by the seller for repair, replacement, or refund; contact us first.
● 4.3 Exclusions: Warranty is void if the item is opened, tampered with by unauthorized centers, or missing identification codes (IMEI/UPC).
● 4.4 Repair Timeline: Repairs require a minimum of 15 working days.
● 4.5 Unclaimed Items: Repaired items must be collected within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
